1. Introduction and Overview

Welcome to Avetium Technologies ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting your Personal Data and respecting your privacy whenever you interact with our website, applications, software products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your Personal Data, and your rights under applicable data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).

This policy applies to:

  • Visitors who browse our website ("Visitors")
  • Customers who register or use our Services, including our proprietary software solutions and enterprise platforms ("Customers")

2. Our Products and Service Ecosystem

Avetium Technologies develops and provides proprietary software products and enterprise solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Third-party partner providers act as independent data processors responsible for hosting, infrastructure, and underlying platform operations.
  • We do not own, operate, control, or have access to third-party cloud infrastructure except when it is directly hosted by us on some partner products.
